Description
HDR is hiring a Structural Engineering Section Manager to build technical expertise and design production capacity through recruitment, staff development, and training; lead and mentor staff; participate in leadership for technical service functions; support the development of HDR services in technical design; prepare structural proposals, scope development, and estimating hours or fees; and handle some regional or national travel. The role may be based in Atlanta, Birmingham, Mobile, or Montgomery and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of structural design experience, professional registration or licensing, and strong leadership and communication skills.
