Description
WSP is hiring a Structural Engineering Intern to support structural engineering teams on real projects. The role involves preparing structural drawings and details, performing calculations for steel, concrete, and wood structures, participating in site visits and inspections, contributing to technical documentation and engineering reports, collaborating with engineers and interdisciplinary teams, and helping improve design processes. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Civil or Structural Engineering program at the third year or higher, with a strong foundation in structural mechanics and design; familiarity with relevant design codes and experience with structural design software is advantageous. Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $32.25 per hour depending on Canadian province or territory.
