Description
HDR is hiring a Structural Engineering Team Lead in Northern California, based in the Walnut Creek or Folsom office and requiring full-time in-person work. The role supervises structural engineers, designers, and modelers; serves as a senior technical authority; leads structural work on complex multidisciplinary projects; manages staffing, workload, schedules, quality, and personnel development; supports project management, proposals, marketing, and client relationships; and contributes to operations and sustainable design efforts. Preferred qualifications include a California SE license, at least one year supervising engineers, and experience with water-containing structures, OSHPD projects, seismic retrofits, and structural assessment, repair, and rehabilitation. A bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience are required.
