HDR is hiring a Structural Engineering Team Lead in Northern California to supervise structural engineers, designers, and modelers; lead technically complex multidisciplinary projects; manage staffing, workloads, project delivery, quality, and staff development; support operations, marketing, proposals, and client relationships; and provide structural engineering expertise. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of experience, and professional registration, with California SE licensure and experience in water-containing structures, OSHPD projects, seismic retrofit, condition assessment, repair, rehabilitation, and sustainable design preferred. The position is full-time and in person at the Walnut Creek or Folsom office.
