Description
SGS is seeking a Structural Engineer to act as the technical lead for a contract involving metal and concrete structures. The role provides technical guidance for Level 1 and Level 2 inspections, validates reports and structural assessments, interprets engineering documents, recommends corrective and preventive actions, supports repair cost estimates, develops inspection plans, and coordinates with clients and other stakeholders. The position requires a civil or mechanical engineering degree, more than five years of engineering experience, and expertise in structural assessment, non-destructive and semi-destructive testing, mechanical installations, structural analysis, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
