Description
Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time Structural Foreman to supervise structural fitters and welders in the fabrication of modules for manufactured chiller plants. The role leads crew formation, training verification, production scheduling, layout and cut verification, safety and quality inspections, material staging, module loading, and shop maintenance. It is based at a fabrication facility in Jacksonville, Florida, with occasional local travel and possible evening or weekend work; remote work is not approved. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 15 years of shipyard mechanical experience including 5 years as a foreman, welding experience, and OSHA-30 certification, with a bachelor’s degree and vocational training preferred.
