TKDA is hiring a Structural Group Manager for its Mining division to lead the growth, direction, financial performance, and professional development of a structural engineering team serving mining, mineral processing, aggregate, metals, and other heavy industrial operations. The role provides structural engineering guidance, may serve as lead structural engineer, supports project management and budgeting, and contributes to business development, proposals, client relationships, and project interviews. The position is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with a typical three-days-in-office, two-days-remote hybrid arrangement and up to 20% travel.
