Eagle Builders is hiring a full-time Structural Grouting & Patching Crew Member in Blackfalds, Alberta, to perform finish work on precast concrete projects. The role involves grouting, sealing, patching, caulking, repairing concrete panels, operating grinders and access equipment, working at heights, and maintaining tools and work areas. Candidates need a valid Class 5 license, reliable transportation, physical ability to work outdoors and at heights, English communication skills, and availability for Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and travel throughout Western Canada. The position offers starting pay of $21 per hour, health coverage, vacation and statutory holiday pay, and other employee benefits.
