HR Green is hiring a Structural Group Leader (P.E./S.E.) to lead the national Water/Wastewater practice, provide senior structural expertise on civil-led projects and proposals, guide project delivery and budgets, oversee engineering staff, and develop talent. The role covers reinforced concrete tanks, water-bearing structures, masonry and precast buildings, facility evaluations, and structural systems, while also supporting client relationships and strategic growth. Candidates need relevant engineering education, P.E. and S.E. certification, at least seven years of lead or project-management experience, and fifteen or more years of design or engineering experience.
