Description
Loenbro is hiring a Project Manager for its Structural/Mechanical Division to oversee structural steel erection, mechanical systems installation, equipment setting, fabrication, commissioning, and project closeout. The role manages budgets, schedules, milestones, subcontractors, vendors, resources, safety, quality, change orders, client communication, and project risks, while serving as the primary client contact. It requires at least five years of structural or mechanical project management experience, knowledge of AISC, AWS, and ASME standards, and a valid driver's license; a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred. The position includes indoor office work, potential outdoor industrial-site visits, up to 10% travel, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
