Bennett & Pless is hiring a Project Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee to manage the full project cycle, including design, development, and project completion. The role prepares engineering analyses and drawings for review, manages client relationships, coordinates architects and contractors, secures new work, develops proposals and RFIs, oversees design calculations and construction documents, and may serve as Engineer of Record. The position requires a PE or SE license, a relevant degree, 5 to 10 years of building design experience, seismic experience, Revit experience, and familiarity with industry-standard engineering software.
