Description
The Project Engineer serves as a project engineer with autonomy and as a designated client contact, managing multiple projects’ schedules, budgets, profitability, design alternatives, structural calculations, modeling, analysis, drawings, contract documents, permitting, field inspections, quality control, shop drawings, RFIs, client relationships, and project administration. The role requires a civil or structural engineering bachelor’s degree, at least three years of progressive engineering experience, PE and Structural Engineer licenses, and familiarity with structural design and detailing software. It is a fixed 40-hour, Monday-through-Friday schedule with occasional extended hours and eligibility for alternative scheduling or telecommuting after 90 days.
