Description
Cushing Terrell is hiring an on-site Structural Project Engineer in its Boise, Idaho office, with occasional project-site visits. The role owns structural design decisions, directs and reviews calculation packages and Revit documentation, coordinates with architecture, MEP, and civil teams, supports construction administration, leads QA/QC reviews, and mentors Staff Engineers and EITs. Candidates need at least five years of United States project experience, an accredited civil or structural engineering degree with EIT certification, and familiarity with structural design software; a PE license or clear path toward licensure is preferred. The position pays $80,000 to $95,000 annually and is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
