Description
The Project Manager manages assigned projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, delivery, client communication, project close-outs, and coordination with consultants, building agencies, and engineering and BIM staff. The role may support new-project development and proposal work, oversee structural design and quality control, supervise Project Engineers and Assistant Engineers, and support construction administration and technical innovation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, at least seven years of design experience, PE certification, project-management training, and strong structural engineering, quality-control, project-delivery, and supervisory experience.
