The role leads relationships with architects, contractors, and homeowners; develops structural designs in wood, steel, concrete, and masonry; reviews junior engineers; and provides creative, cost-conscious solutions for complex sites and seismic demands. The position requires 4–8+ years of structural engineering experience, a PE license, seismic design experience, and proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, or RISA.
