Holmes US is hiring a Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction administration across commercial, multi-family, education, civic, and mixed-use work. The role owns client relationships, develops structural solutions in concrete, steel, wood, and masonry, directs and mentors engineering teams, performs technical reviews, and contributes to business development. Candidates need 4–8+ years of structural engineering experience, a PE license, a civil or structural engineering degree, seismic design experience, project leadership ability, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, or RISA. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and compensation of $87,000–$141,000+ plus biannual profit share.
