Uptalent.io is hiring a Structural Project Manager specializing in woodframe residential projects to oversee projects from conception through completion. The role coordinates architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and construction teams; prepares schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitors progress, quality, and safety; conducts site visits; and leads project meetings and documentation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least five years of project management experience with woodframe residential construction, proficiency in EnerCalc and Bluebeam, knowledge of Florida building codes, strong leadership and organizational skills, and fluency in English. It offers flexible schedules and work-from-anywhere arrangements.
