Description
HCM is hiring a Structural REVIT Modeler for its Philadelphia, Lancaster, or Pittsburgh office. The role develops accurate 3D structural models, produces construction documents and specifications, coordinates models with architectural and MEP files, resolves clashes and constructability issues, maintains BIM standards and project files, and performs self-checks before engineering review. Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent technical certification, three years of structural drafting or modeling experience, and proficiency with REVIT Structural BIM Software, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
