Description
The Structural Shell Construction Manager independently manages structural shell projects in a regional area, overseeing quality, cost, and schedule. The role directs and coordinates subcontractors and trades, serves as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborates with foremen, site supervisors, and planning, procurement, scheduling, and billing departments. Candidates need a civil engineering or comparable construction-technical qualification, construction management experience with structural shell projects, ideally experience across different building types and project sizes, a valid Class B driver’s license, and willingness to support regional construction sites.
