The role combines construction scheduling, site coordination, cost estimation and control, change-order management, subcontractor tendering and awarding, risk management, and Lean process optimization. Candidates need a civil engineering, architecture, or comparable construction qualification, several years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of structural-shell processes, costing, scheduling, and project coordination.
