Description
AFRY is hiring a Structural Specialist to serve as a subject-matter reference and technical sparring partner across industrial and life-science projects. The role provides structural advice, reviews complex design solutions, manages technical risks and interfaces, supports structural principles and material selections, and contributes to standards, calculation methods, design guides, and tools. The specialist will collaborate with design managers, discipline leads, project managers, and specialists across architecture, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The position requires 5–10 years of structural engineering experience, preferably more, along with a relevant engineering degree, experience with steel, concrete, or prefabricated structures, and experience with technical quality assurance and design reviews. The regular base will be at one of AFRY’s offices in Herlev, Herning, or Aarhus, depending on the candidate’s location.
