Description
EBC is hiring a Site Superintendent to support or lead the execution of heavy civil projects such as tunneling, highways, infrastructure, earthworks, and hydroelectric projects. The role provides on-site leadership, coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, inspection agencies, consultants, and clients; reviews construction programs, safety and environmental procedures, reports, and payment documents; and maintains project communications. It is a remote site position operating on a 14 days on, 7 days off rotational schedule. Candidates need 3–5 years of construction supervision experience, earthworks and concrete-structure experience, management and communication skills, basic accounting and finance knowledge, and English proficiency; bilingual ability is an asset.
