Wood is hiring an experienced Structural Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for high-profile oil and gas projects. The role manages multiple field disciplines, contractors, schedules, costs, quality, safety, environmental compliance, equipment and subcontractor delivery, and industrial relations, while coordinating with engineering to improve constructability. Candidates need a degree, at least 15 years of oil and gas experience including at least 5 years on major capital projects exceeding USD 500 million, strong English communication skills, extensive travel flexibility, CICPA qualification, and UAE work visa eligibility.
