Description
AECOM is recruiting a Structural Supervisor to lead structural design teams for infrastructure projects such as bridges, viaducts, earth retaining structures, underground structures, culverts, and building structures. The role supervises junior, mid-level, and senior structural staff; mentors technical leadership; leads client relationships and business development; participates in major bids and proposals; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; reviews designs and drawings; and ensures projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. The position requires a qualified Structural Engineer with a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of experience after qualification, along with knowledge of Revit, STAAD Pro, and other design programs.
