Description
Wood is hiring an experienced Structural Supervisor to oversee and coordinate structural steel fabrication activities in a fabrication shop for a high-profile energy-sector project. The role supervises cutting, drilling, fit-up, welding, assembly, QA/QC inspections, material handling, subcontractor compliance, productivity, safety, and reporting, while ensuring work meets ADNOC standards, project specifications, and EPCM execution requirements. Candidates need a civil or structural engineering diploma or degree, at least 10 years of structural steel fabrication experience including 5 years in a supervisory role, and experience on ADNOC or similar Middle East oil and gas EPC/EPCM projects.
