Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Structural Tank Welder for an eight-week tankage project near Great Yarmouth, starting in November 2026. The role involves welding structural steel platework for tank construction and maintenance using the MMA process, working to EN and ASME standards, and following safety and quality procedures. Candidates need a recognised welding trade qualification, structural steel welding experience, arc air gouging and plasma cutting experience, and relevant heavy-industry experience; a weld test is required as part of selection. The project follows a twelve-day fortnight working pattern, and travel and lodge support may be available.
