Larson Design Group (LDG) is hiring a Structural Technical Manager in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The role leads technical teams and manages technical design, quality control, personnel, budgets, schedules, and financial performance across engineering/technical projects. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline, 15+ years of experience, and a relevant professional license such as PE, SE, RA, PLA, or PLS. Preferred qualifications include advanced MS Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Deltek Vision skills, along with strong leadership and client-facing communication abilities.
