AST SpaceMobile is hiring a Structural Technician to support spacecraft manufacturing by assembling and maintaining the primary structures of satellites. The role involves installing aerospace fasteners, performing precision machining and fitting, building composite and metallic structures, aligning components to tight tolerances, inspecting assemblies, and supporting integration and repairs. It is based in Midland, Texas, with a standard Monday–Thursday 4x10 schedule and paid lunch and breaks; night and weekend shifts are available with increased pay. Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing, aerospace structures, aircraft assembly, or precision mechanical build experience, along with fastener, blueprint, materials, and precision-tooling experience.
