Description
The Structural Welder will fabricate and assemble customer-specified buildings, frameworks, support structures, and customized metal components in a fast-paced fabrication shop. The role involves reading blueprints, setting up and operating welding machines, troubleshooting equipment, assembling and clamping workpieces, inspecting finished components, and operating overhead cranes and forklifts. It is a weekend position with 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass 3G FCAW and 3G GMAW tests, and at least one year of experience preferred. The position pays $22–$27 per hour and may include a sign-on bonus and shift differential.
