The Structural Welder independently reads and implements structural drawings and welding specifications, welds structural components, assemblies, and standard parts, handles large components safely, and performs documented quality control on weld seams. The role requires vocational training in metalwork, steel construction, or mechanical engineering, practical experience with TIG, MIG, and MAG welding, independent technical work, shift availability, and strong safety awareness.
