Optimized Process Designs is hiring a Structural Welder for a jobsite in Baytown, Texas. The role involves welding skids, structural steel, and related equipment; reading drawings; operating welding and fabrication tools; maintaining equipment; and working safely on active construction sites. Applicants need at least two years of structural welding experience, portable welding equipment, and successful ASME Section IX 6G pipe and AWS D1.1 plate welding tests. The position requires extended shifts, outdoor work, lifting up to 60 pounds, and the ability to work on elevated platforms.
