Description
The role independently organizes and leads structural-work subcontracting projects, serving as a client contact and project-team leader. Responsibilities include staff deployment and supervision, contract and change-order negotiation, quality and contractual compliance, safety and environmental requirements, reporting to regional management, and coordinating between regional and headquarters offices. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, similar project-management or site-management experience, negotiation and team skills, MS Office and billing/estimating software knowledge, and Polish language skills.
