Description
The Project Lead – Data Center Cabling Crew oversees daily field operations for data center cabling installations, directing technicians and subcontractors, coordinating with customers and site management, tracking labor and project progress, managing materials and equipment, enforcing safety requirements, and supporting documentation, testing, labeling, closeout, and turnover. The role requires experience leading low-voltage, structured cabling, or data center installation teams, knowledge of copper and fiber optic systems, blueprint-reading ability, and strong leadership and organizational skills. It is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position in Lebanon, Indiana, with pay of $35.00–$40.00 per hour and an anticipated application deadline of September 30, 2026.
