Description
The Communications Cabling Team Lead installs, terminates, tests, routes, repairs, and maintains copper and fiber-optic cabling; leads and mentors less experienced technicians; coordinates project activities; and supports the Project Manager. The role requires reading technical schematics, identifying cable color codes, installing communications hardware, completing projects on budget and schedule, maintaining quality and safety standards, and escalating unresolved issues. The position involves outdoor or construction environments, physical work including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces, and offers mileage assistance, cell/data reimbursement, ESOP ownership, a 401(k) match, medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and holiday pay.
