Empowering People's Independence is hiring a Community Services Supervisor to provide continuous direction and day-to-day operations for its Structured Day Program. The role supervises one Assistant Supervisor and at least five Direct Support Professionals, manages staffing, compliance, documentation, referrals, billing, reporting, and workplace safety, and may serve as a Direct Support Professional when needed. The position is based in Rochester, New York, pays $53,500 to $60,500 annually, and requires an associate’s degree or related recreation focus with two years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree with three years of human-services and supervision experience, a valid New York State driver’s license, and strong communication and Microsoft skills.
