Altus Power is hiring a full-time Structured Finance Analyst / Senior Analyst for its Investment and Structured Finance team. The role structures and executes tax equity and debt transactions for solar investments, negotiates financing documents, coordinates due diligence and deal closings, develops financial models, manages investor and lender relationships, and monitors existing facility performance. Candidates need an undergraduate degree, 1–3 years of investment or investment banking experience, strong financial modeling and due diligence skills, and strong negotiation and communication abilities.
