Ghostworks Marine is hiring a full-time Structures Analysis Lead to serve as the senior technical authority on structural analysis of composite marine vessels. The role establishes analysis methodology and standards, reviews and approves structural deliverables, defines load cases, mentors Structures Analysts, interfaces with classification societies and military authorities, and partners with naval architecture and manufacturing. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, significant composite marine or aerospace structural analysis experience, knowledge of finite element analysis and composite materials, and U.S. citizenship; the position is based on-site in Holland, Michigan.
