Archer is hiring a Structures Architect to develop conceptual-level airframe architecture for its next-generation eVTOL aircraft. The role involves sizing fuselage, wing, tail, and nacelle components; evaluating layouts, materials, packaging, and weight; assessing flutter, whirl-flutter, and modal behavior; and coordinating with vehicle, powertrain, and aero architects. Candidates need aircraft structural design experience, aeroelastic and structural sizing expertise, Python programming skills, and parametric geometry experience. The position targets a base pay range of $152,800 to $227,600 and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
