Description

Blue Origin is hiring a Structures Engineer to support the design, analysis, development, testing, integration, and production of primary and secondary structures for the New Glenn second stage. The role owns structural designs from concept through launch, creates CAD models and drawings, supports manufacturing, develops test plans, performs structural analysis and test-data review, and coordinates technical, schedule, budget, and tooling activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of relevant aircraft, spacecraft, automotive, or launch-vehicle structures experience, strong 3D CAD and mechanical integration skills, and familiarity with GD&T; aerospace structural analysis, cryogenic design, composites, and tools such as Creo, Nastran, ANSYS, Abaqus, and HyperMesh are preferred.
