AECOM is seeking a Structures Lead to oversee structural steel erection and fabrication on a large-scale project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role leads and mentors site personnel, conducts quality and safety inspections, develops project schedules, coordinates with engineers, contractors, and clients, manages equipment and materials, and maintains project records. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering, at least 20 years of structural engineering and construction management experience including 5 years in a managerial role, and expertise in heavy steel construction, welding standards, and UAE regulations.
