Description
Ames Construction is hiring a Structures Superintendent to oversee on-site structural construction across foundations, concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, structural steel, precast, and bridge or heavy civil work. The role directs self-perform crews and subcontractors, coordinates sequencing and resources, enforces safety and quality standards, maintains schedules and productivity, resolves field conflicts, and leads field teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of structural or concrete construction experience including three years in a supervisory or superintendent role, relevant structural knowledge, scheduling and project-management software proficiency, and OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification. The current project is in Hyrum, Utah, with subsequent projects potentially based nationally.
