Additional Information

Experience managing 50-200 active customers simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle complaints and challenging conversations with parents professionally.
Organized in performing follow-ups and data administration using Google Sheets or a CRM.
Comfortable discussing renewals, program packages, and membership fees.
Proactive in identifying churn risks and finding the right solutions.
Empathy and the ability to build strong relationships with parents.
Consistent and disciplined follow-up habits.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
