Description
The Student Advocate supports elementary, middle, and high school students by developing and facilitating enrichment, mentoring, project-based learning, attendance interventions, and small-group workshops. The role also monitors attendance, documents student progress, supervises students during school and after-school activities, supports classroom initiatives, and maintains communication with students, parents, and school personnel. Candidates need a high school diploma or HSE, strong communication and classroom-management skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle crises; bilingual Spanish ability and 12 college credits are preferred. The employer does not sponsor employment visas.
