Java Autism Services is hiring a Student Analyst (Tier 1) to build foundational Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills through direct client care, supervision, training, documentation, and professional development. The role requires working under a Licensed Behavior Analyst, obtaining and maintaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 45 days, providing at least 20 hours per week of direct care, and completing required Arizona-related certifications and clearances, including Article 9, P.R.O.U.D., CPR/First Aid, TB clearance, and an Arizona Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Applicants must be enrolled in a behavior analysis graduate program or related field and have strong communication and organizational skills.
