Description
The Audio Visual Technician student provides technical support for audio/visual equipment in classrooms, lecture halls, and meeting rooms, performs preventative maintenance, staffs the AVS office, answers the on-call phone line, and responds to troubleshooting calls. The role requires availability from the week before classes begin through finals week, with an 8–10-hour fixed schedule and $16 per hour. Applicants must be currently enrolled students at Ithaca College, have strong English communication skills, and complete the Extron AV Associate certification; classroom technology experience is preferred but not required.
