Description
The University is hiring an Executive Assistant for its Hall Management Section of the Student Affairs Office. The role provides administrative and executive support for hall admissions, hall-life education, resident check-in and check-out, enquiries, facility maintenance, records, meetings, publications, statistics, and liaison with students and external parties. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree, preferably with relevant tertiary-education or student-hostel experience, strong organization and communication skills, English and Chinese proficiency, computer literacy including Excel, and attention to detail. The position is on a fixed-term contract with fringe benefits including leave, medical and dental benefits, and a possible contract-end lump sum. Applications were due by 14 October 2026.
