Student employee role supporting Baylor University’s education and training activities. The position may assist with academic support such as career coaching, tutoring, and supplemental instruction; develop educational materials; identify training needs; coordinate sessions, webinars, and workshops; improve departmental processes; answer questions and resolve concerns; provide customer service; present training; create creative educational content; and align training initiatives with organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality, attendance, and compliance with university policies.
