Highline College is hiring a full-time, at-will, overtime-eligible exempt Student Housing and Retention (SHoRe) Coordinator to serve as an initial contact for students and potential students experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. The role provides housing and college navigation, case management, benefits and resource referrals, quarterly check-ins, partnership coordination, program promotion, customer service, and administrative support for the WISH and SHoRe programs. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications involving an AA degree and two years of relevant housing-security experience, or four years of experience with multicultural experience, and may be asked to disclose substantiated sexual-misconduct findings.
