Description
The Specialist provides academic reinforcement and personalized remediation to nursing students, supports NCLEX-RN preparation, and coordinates simulation-based learning, clinical labs, and high-fidelity patient-care experiences. The role includes equipment maintenance, supply ordering, lab supervision, individual or group tutoring, student progress reporting, and outreach to at-risk students. A bachelor's degree in nursing, an unencumbered RN license, BLS CPR, and BLS CPR instructor certification are required; a master's degree in education or nursing and ACLS or PALS are preferred. The expected salary range is $49,199.33 to $86,253.75, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
