Description
The Student Ministry Leader will lead and develop student ministry staff and volunteers, recruit and train discipleship leaders, preach and teach Scripture, provide pastoral care, partner with parents and the broader community, and align the campus ministry with the church's vision. The role is full-time and on-site in Bardstown, Kentucky, reports to the Campus Pastor, and requires 2–3 years of student ministry or formal ministry residency experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.
